Window World of Lincoln is absolutely the worst. Do NOT do business with these people. A few years ago we got an estimate to replace all the 6 windows in our sunroom, but then my husband's cancer came back, so we had to forgo the windows. Now one of them cracked so we again contacted them to replace the cracked one. Well, they replaced it alright! The border is about 4" bigger than the others. They did an inside mount so now I don't have a sill. I have inset custom blinds, so now it hangs on the outside. All my windows are no tint, but the replacement glass is green. Awful looking. I contacted owner and he was verbally abusive to me about my complaint. He said , "Well, you wanted a cheap window and that's what you got." Cheap never came out of our mouth and I don't think $450 for 1 Window is cheap. There ought to be a law that protects the consumer from this kind of service
